HEALTHY BODY, MIND & SOUL

God calls us to love Him with our whole being. How are you caring for your body, and what change have you been wanting to make for your health? As we take steps toward wellness, we’re better equipped to love God and others well. Join this engaging discussion and leave ready to take your next step.

BREADMAKING

Jesus is the bread of life! Learn to bake fresh, preservative free bread, using freshly milled flour – just as it was made in Jesus‘ day. The nutrition and fiber are incredible!

CARDMAKING

Come learn the art of creating beautiful, handmade cards for every occasion! In this interactive session, you’ll discover the basic tools and supplies needed, simple techniques to get started, and creative ideas you can use again and again. We’ll also talk about the meaningful impact of making cards by hand — how a personalized note can encourage, bless, and minister to someone in a way a store-bought card simply can’t. No experience required — just come ready to create and connect!

THE FAMILY GOD CREATES

This session is for anyone with fertility challenges or supporting family or friends experiencing it. We will explore finding God’s will for building families through infertility and adoption.

Biblical Hospitality isn’t just about fancy meals or having it all together. It’s about making room for people how God makes room for us. Explore how opening our doors, lives, and even our wildly overbooked calendars can turn ordinary moments into places of authentic belonging and fellowship.

WIDOWS: FINDING PURPOSE AFTER LOSS

Join a warm, honest conversation about life as a widow and how God continues to use us in ministry, mentoring, prayer, hospitality, and caring for the homebound in this new season. Connect with others who understand the journey and be encouraged as you serve from a place of renewed purpose.

FAITH DURING THE IN-BETWEEN

This group is for women who are in a season of waiting- whether for a relationship, a job, a child, or clarity on what’s next- and want to navigate that in a way that honors God. This space is designed to help us process those seasons together and learn how to trust God’s character and timing, even when His plan doesn’t quite make sense.

MARRIAGE REIMAGINED: 6 GOSPEL COMMITMENTS FOR EVERY SEASON

What shapes your expectations of marriage? Women of all ages are welcome to explore a gospel centered view of marriage rooted in Christ’s redemptive story, focusing on six core commitments: forgiveness, growth, trust, love, navigating differences, and protecting the union through small acts of faith and service.

WOMEN CALLED TO PRAY

Struggle with prayer or unsure how to pray—especially in a group? You’re not alone. If any of this sounds like you, this session is the perfect place to grow in confidence and community.

ABORTION, ADDICTION, & OTHER SILENT STRUGGLES SUPPORT GROUP

This session offers a safe, supportive space to talk honestly about abortion, addiction, and the brokenness that touches our lives and the lives of those we love. Together we’ll focus on understanding, healing, and the freedom that comes through truth, grace, hope, and knowing our identity in Christ.

GUT HEALTH RESET MATTERS…WHY?

Gut health is the body’s control center. Often called our “second brain,” the gut communicates directly with the central nervous system through the gut–brain axis. A healthy gut supports immunity, mental wellbeing, metabolism, and long-term disease prevention.being, metabolism, and longterm disease prevention.

RAISING HEARTS THAT FOLLOW JESUS (Sticky Faith parenting series)

As parents, we long to train our children in the way they should go so that when they are older, they’ll not depart from it. Let us learn some practical applications to help instill a lasting faith in our children!

This session invites honest discussion on how faith and trauma intersect from the lens of a LPC (licensed professional counselor) and one who has spent their fair share of time on “the couch”. Through personal testimony, clinical realities and biblical truth, we’ll seek the heart of God learning it is actually well.

LOSE THE GUILT: FINDING PEACE IN YOUR SINGLE PARENTING JOURNEY

Singlemom parenting is a daily act of faith—holding your child’s hand while trusting God to hold yours. Rooted in Isaiah 41:13, you lean on His strength, ask for help without guilt, resist comparison, and choose steady love, clear boundaries, and honest conversations over perfection.

FINDING YOUR IDENTITY IN CHRIST

The world keeps trying to shape you into an everchanging mold. Aren’t you tired of chasing a fake identity? This session—designed for our younger women—explores what God says about you and celebrates the unique way He created you.

SAY IT WELL

How we speak shapes the health of our relationships. Together we’ll explore what it means to speak to one another’s needs (Ephesians 4) with both truth and grace. You’ll leave with simple, practical tools for responding in hard conversations in ways that reflect Christ rather than slipping into control or manipulation.
