We want you to join us in bettering yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually. We have a variety of ministry programs and activities throughout the course of the year to get plugged into, and if there is something that you do not see, please ask! We would love to see you soon!

Youth Basketball
ROC Basketball League:
Registration opens in now open for the 2025 season. Practices/games start the beginning of January, 2025. A $10 discount will be applied if registered by October 31!
Children 3-4 yrs old – $40
Children 5-17 yrs old – $100
In-person Registration & Skills Evaluation*:
- Sat, November 2: 10a – 12p
- Sat, November 9: 10a – 12p
- Sat, November 16: 10a – 12p
- Mon, November 18: 6p – 8p
*Skills Evaluation is required for ages 7+
REFIT REVOLUTION
A workout you can feel good about! With powerful moves and positive music, you’ll discover an inspiring workout that changes your body, mind and soul. This cardio-focused class is effective and FUN — perfect for beginners and challenging for fitness enthusiasts (which means it’s a workout designed for everyBODY!).
– Classes are on Monday mornings at 10am in the ROC West Gym.
– Bring $5 CASH per class.
Pickleball
Check the calendar for weekly court times. If you are new to Pickleball, there are always people around who are excited to teach new people how to play the sport.
Pick@Nite | Pickleball League
Tuesday nights starting October 22. Teams consist of 4 players – 2 men & 2 women (players must be 16+ years old). Registration costs $30/person. Register Here.
PickleROC | Pickleball Tournament
November 8 & 9 – Starts at 9am both days. $40/pp. Shirt included with registration. Bracket winners earn medals. Registration coming soon. Contact: Vince Lederman [email protected] or 770-471-1065.
Ballroom Dancing
Our beginner group series class is designed for first time dancers. Worry free- you will be taught everything you need to know to join us on the dance floor. The beginner class curriculum includes: waltz, foxtrot, rumba, and swing. The dance instruction is formatted to progress the students’ level of dance. Lessons are taught by a nationally certified instructor. Partners are not required as we rotate partners throughout the class. Singles and couples are welcome!
The 7 week series includes weekly 1 hour lessons with an additional 25 minute practice session with music and coaching.

Chair Aerobics
Our chair aerobics class provides a low-impact workout for those that may be looking to start out a little slower or may need assistance. Check the calendar for class dates and times.
Cardio & Weight Rooms
Our cardio & weight rooms are one of the most utilized parts of the facility throughout the week. We offer treadmills, stair steppers, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes and plenty of equipment for a full workout.
Walking Track
Walking tracks are available in both our east and west gyms for those that prefer to do their walking or jogging indoors.
