MEN’S SUMMER BASKETBALL

Tuesday night Men’s Summer Basketball League starting June 1st through August 3rd.

Registration is required.   REGISTER

ROC staff will attempt to place you on a team – if we cannot, we will refund your registration fee – this is stated in the registration form. Sign up today!  REGISTER

ROC Gym

The cardio room is one of the most utilized parts of the facility. We offer 2 treadmills, 2 steppers, 2 elliptical machines, and 2 recumbent bikes. There are also 2 overhead televisions provided for viewing while using the equipment

For those looking for more than just a cardiovascular workout the weight room is the place to go. We have plenty of equipment to provide a full workout, including dumb bells, 8 Nautilus machines, and a power station.

We offer walking tracks in both our east and west gyms for those that need or prefer to do their walking or jogging indoors.

ROC Activities

A low impact aerobics class for those that may be looking to start out a little slower, or may need assistance. Classes are held on the following dates from 9:00 am until 10:00 am. All adults are welcomed. ONLY $1 PER CLASS.

April 6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd
May 4th, 6th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th

Taekwondo classes for ages 16+ in “Cornerstone” on Monday nights from 6-7pm. Classes are free, but uniform and advancements (belts, certifications) need to be paid per advancement.
