Recreation Outreach Center (ROC)

ROC will be open for walkers, cardio, and weight room from 8am-12pm, Monday thru Thursday

Sunday: Closed

Monday: 8am – 12pm | Taekwondo (16+) 6pm – 7pm

Tuesday: 8am – 12pm

Wednesday: 8am – 12pm

Thursday: 8am – 12pm

Friday: Closed

Saturday: Closed

Our purpose at The Recreation Outreach Center, (The ROC), is to make Christ known through positive evangelistic recreation and to glorify God by ministering to our church, community, and world. Membership is free for our facility, which offers weight and cardio rooms, indoor walking tracks, and café area. We also offer various exercise classes throughout the week for a small fee. Stop by and sign up today!

ROC Gym

The cardio room is one of the most utilized parts of the facility. We offer 2 treadmills, 2 steppers, 2 elliptical machines, and 2 recumbent bikes. There are also 2 overhead televisions provided for viewing while using the equipment

For those looking for more than just a cardiovascular workout the weight room is the place to go. We have plenty of equipment to provide a full workout, including dumb bells, 8 Nautilus machines, and a power station.

We offer walking tracks in both our east and west gyms for those that need or prefer to do their walking or jogging indoors.

ROC Activities

A low impact aerobics class for those that may be looking to start out a little slower, or may need assistance. Classes are held on the following dates from 9:00 am until 10:00 am. All adults are welcomed. ONLY $1 PER CLASS.

April 6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd
May 4th, 6th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th

We offer walking tracks in both our east and west gyms for those that need or prefer to do their walking or jogging indoors.

Taekwondo classes for ages 16+ in “Cornerstone” on Monday nights from 6-7pm. Classes are free, but uniform and advancements (belts, certifications) need to be paid per advancement.
