Cardio Room
The cardio room is one of the most utilized parts of the facility. We offer 2 treadmills, 2 steppers, 2 elliptical machines, and 2 recumbent bikes. There are also 2 overhead televisions provided for viewing while using the equipment
Weight Room
For those looking for more than just a cardiovascular workout the weight room is the place to go. We have plenty of equipment to provide a full workout, including dumb bells, 8 Nautilus machines, and a power station.
Walking Tracks
We offer walking tracks in both our east and west gyms for those that need or prefer to do their walking or jogging indoors.

Sign your student up for a basketball mini-camp that allows them to hone in on their natural God-given skill. Open to grades 4-12. The $50 cost includes two-days of skills camp (9am-12:30pm), lunch, and a camp shirt. Register by May 23, limited space available!

Chair Aerobics
A low impact aerobics class for those that may be looking to start out a little slower, or may need assistance.

Pickleball
Pickleball court times are on Monday – Thursday mornings from 10am-12pm. If you are new to Pickleball, we have an instructor on-site to help you learn the rules and technique of the sport. Check the calendar for updates on court times.
